E-Learning module Resources for Architectural Technology

Category: Video and e-learning module

Summary: A self-paced e-learning resource for developing a basic understanding of universal design (UD) in buildings with a specific focus on compliance with Part L of Building Regulations.

The course is aimed initially at undergraduate Architecture, Architectural Technologist and Interior Architecture students. The course can however be a resource for all students in the built environment to help develop an awareness, understanding and ability to apply the concepts of universal design and the requirements of Part M of the Building Regulations as it applies to the different professions and trades.

Nature of Reusability: The course is divided into sections related to UD for buildings. The entire course can be completed or individual units of particular interest, allowing components of the course to be extracted and re-used in other contexts.
