Learn Big, Study Small

Category: Infographics

Summary: A series of information sheets to illustrate first principles and best practices associated with technical detailing and prompting criteria that need to be addressed by students when undertaking detail exercises on courses in architecture/built environment. Underlying building physics is being introduced and explained in a timely manner with information delivered as an infographic. This format allows learners to access the relevant information quickly and easily, reference essential content, and assist problem-based learning.

The information sheets will be a resource for all students and will be engaging to learners, enabling them to be more effective and competent technical designers during their entire educational journey. A series of printable PDFs as well as a series of digital versions will be created that can be inserted into course across 8 modules that are taught across 4 years at MTU. There is potential for these to be used at other Universities that cover the same content.
